Which Ivy League University offer the Actuarial Science program?

hi i was just wondering whether any ivy league university offer this particular program. if so, please provide me with information and details about it. I am in gr 11 (canada) as of now, and i would like to prepare for my university career. my canadian university first choice would be the university of waterloo. i am very nervous that i might not do the procedures right in terms of applying to a university. any details or information would really help.
