I was exposed to poison ivy a WEEK ago, and now i have little red bite-looking bumps near my ear. Is it possible for poison ivy to wait THAT LONG before appearing on your skin?

yes, it could have gotten on your clothing and been transfered the next time you put that shirt on or whatever. It's an oil and sometimes oil takes a long time to dry, or even the dried oil may transfer.

Reply:i had it when i was 7 or so i also had the little red bumps but i had it on my body and face for like 2 weeks. it will ALL go away eventually within less than a month.

Reply:Most likely it is something else that you have attracted now. For sure if it does not itch. The best remedies for poison oak and Poison Ive are in my experience Oil of Oregano and Soothex. No side effects. Jippy
