Sure looks like Poison Ivy or Poison Oak to me! I'm very allergic to both.

Several things you can do for it -

First the obvious... Calamine Lotion

A little more unorthodox but better than Calamine, is pour Vodka over it.

Even more unorthodox but will certainly help a LOT with the itch - Vagisil Ointment. Yep. You heard me right. Vagisil.

I know you're dying to know how I learned that - truth is an 80 yr old woman suggested it to me. I was desperate. I tried it, and it really helped!

Now stay out of the sun until it dries up.
Reply:actually it looks like poison oak or sumac. reactions to both of those cause strings of blisters. Kinda looks like that??? But your questions is a little unclear. I suggest calamine lotion and don't scratch
