Which Ivy League school is ranked the best in the U.S.?

I am planning on transfering from UWI in Jamaica to the college in the states. I was looking for schools to match my creditials, but with a projection of doing very well in college, I was thinking of aiming high. I have a score of 1150, and will be completing 78 credits by May 2007, with anticipation to enter MBBS Medical Sciences in September 2007. Which Ivy League / Tier 1 schools are good and will take me next year, inspite of my shaky high school years?

Which Ivy League school is ranked the best in the U.S.?
with those SAT scores, you can probably count out the ivies. an average harvard student gets 1500 or so on their SATs. unless you're the best student your current college has ever seen, it's gonna be pretty hard to transfer to harvard or yale or princeton, especially if you want to go straight onto a medical track.

that said, the rankings: harvard is usually ranked the highest, followed by yale and princeton, then dartmouth, penn, brown, and finally cornell. for med school, though, the rankings might not go in that order.

to you, i would recommend looking at a good state university in whatever state you're considering moving to. you can get a fine education there, with much less stress, and considerably less money.

best of luck.
