Transferring to Ivy League question.?
I say roll the dice and see what happens. It seems that you have enough interesting things to spark interest, however you never know.
I would finish what you are doing and pursue a graduate degree in an Ivy league school. I really think you'll have no problem with getting in at the graduate level.
Good luck!
