Ivy League?

will a 4.5 out of 5 GPA get me into an ivy league school if im in all honors

Ivy League?
It might, but a good GPA without extracurricular activities (or clubs) can put you back. Most Ivy league schools see past a good GPA and want to know what kind of a person you are in your community. Usually students involved with their community or school stand out because of their social initiatives.

Most students come from diverse backgrounds but are VERY active in either sports, community, school, or religion. I suggest that you get active and build your academic profile, because you might have honors but in the end they want to see what you have to offer to the school as well as the community.
Reply:It can, a lot depends, they have varied criteria.

Harvard lets in some homeschoolers with less than perfect GPA and SAT but passed on 1,200 students with Perfect SAT
