my bf has poision Ivy in his eyes whats the worst that can happen? he is laughing it off, but went and got a shot for it and then went to bed, does the shot make you tired?
Poison ivy in the eyes?
The shot was probably steroids to help with the rash and to keep it from spreading. Poison ivy in your eye can cause you to lose your eyesight so it is good that he went to the Dr. If it does not start clearing up within the next 4 to 5 days, send him back to the Dr. for more medicine - this is nothing to laugh at.
Reply:OOWwww he won't be laughing anymore after a couple days. I had it on my face and my eye's pretty much swelled shut. Not fun.

Reply:Go to the ER for a shot of steroids. There's no over the counter drug that can be put near the eyes.
