Getting into Ivy League question...?

Well, I'm currently in my first year of university, and I'm doing fine with grades, and volunteer work. I'm hoping to join the uni's orchestra, their fencing club, and the rugby team this fall. If my SAT II's go well, and I get my political internships, then I'll have the credentials that the Ivy League is looking for.

Unfortunately, I messed up my high school profile 3 years ago with a lower GPA. My question is this; if I'm doing great in university, and my high school transcripts aren't good, if I want to apply as a freshman to Yale for instance, will I have a better or worse chance than the regular high school senior who'll be applying as well? Please, any insight or advice would be wonderful. Cheers!

Getting into Ivy League question...?
good question ; )
Reply:If you're already in college, then you're not going to be competing with high school seniors or applying using the same process. You'll be competing with other college students who want to transfer for whatever spots are available in the sophomore class. Check the schools' websites for transfer student information to see what factors they'll be looking at (odds are your current grades will count for more than high school).
