I ? Ivy Queen.... The industry she's in is predominently male and she's in there with them doing her..and she get alot of respect because of it.. She has a very distinct tone and way of singing.. its not a typical girl voice but its her sound... you know its her when you hear her.. and i havent really paid attention to lyrics but like most artists they base it off their own life and i know she's had a hard life so i'm sure a lot of her songs are personal experience.
she's great as an artist and is empowering to women cause her genre of music is ruled my males and she's at the top of her game proving that women can do it too..
