Ivy League Admissions?

Which Ivy League schools can I get into with a 2010 SAT 30 ACT and a 3.8 GPA Class Rank Top 10%?

Ivy League Admissions?
With no additional information other than the tidbit of stat you posted, your chances are slim at all Ivy League schools.

If 3.8 is your unweighted average; your GPA would be average. If it is weighted, then your GPA would be way below average.

Your ACT and SAT are also below average at all Ivy League schools.

At the current situation, your best chances lies at Cornell, the easiest Ivy League school to gain admittance into. Even at Cornell, your chances are pretty low.

Unless you have/are: a nationally ranked athlete/Math Olympiad/Chemistry Olympiad/Science Olympiad/Siemens talent search/Intel talent search/etc/or under represented minority, it is time for you to aim lower.

Choose a couple top 20 schools as your goals, then apply downward.

Good luck in your college search and application process. Remember that Ivy League is not the end of the line. You will still be successful if you graduate elsewhere.
